Tiny habits
Changes are way more likely to stick around once they become habits. And the things with habits is that you need to do them for a while for them to feel integrated in your daily life.
Doing the actual thing
We need a game plan to start taking action. A plan that helps the mind understand that we really need the change and that it will benefit us rather than hurt us. To make this very easy and practical for the mind, I believe that we first need to figure our where in our lives we feel stuck.
The art of surrendering
The easiest way to surrender, is to get into the body and out of the head. And there is a million ways to to this. It helps you surrender to the situation and get clarity on what you actually do have control over.
Limited beliefs
It is not always easy to change our ways, because this almost always means we have to step out of our comfort zone. And since our brain is wired to keep us safe, it will give you all the reasons not to change your current situation.
Desire leads the way
Desires are meant to show you the way, give you direction aligned with your purpose in life. At least that is how I like to look at it.
Unlocking vs finding your purpose
I truly believe that we are meant to live in our purpose. Only, maybe, our purpose in life is not ‘to find’ but ‘to unlock’ our purpose. Because it is and always has been a part of us. I believe that we enter this word pure of heart and with a clear mission.
Setting your team up for success
Let’s get a bit more practical. What systems do I use to make ‘stepping back’ and ‘letting go’ easier? How do we set our team up success?
Letting go
Becoming the entrepreneur you want has a lot to do with trust. Trust in your business. Trust in yourself. Trust in your team and even trust in the universe.
Perfectionism kills your business
A lot of us have worked our asses of to make our businesses thrive and so it is only natural that we want it to show of our efforts. There is two dangers to being a perfectionist as en entrepreneur though.
